CR’s Foodservice Webinars are an online course run by our Foodservice Ambassador, Dr. Karen Abbey, and are designed to help CR Members develop a deeper understanding about basic nutrition to help them with their menu planning. Topics covered will include but are not limited to:

  • Macro and micronutrients
  • Hydration
  • Energy Balance
  • Digestion

The course is designed so that Members are able to join their desired modules whether that is only 1 module or all 10 modules. To apply, please indicate the module number and the date that you are interested in attending in the form below.

The webinars are FREE for all CR Members.

CR Foodservice Forums

CR’s Foodservice Forums are online forums run by our Foodservice Ambassador, Dr. Karen Abbey, and are designed to educate CR Members on a variety of topics surrounding the Foodservice Industry. Topics covered will include but are not limited to:

  • Diabetes menu management
  • New products and product ideas
  • Using procurement to support foodservices

The forums are FREE for all CR Members.
