Hello all CR Members,

It is a new year with new opportunities and Church Resources in conjunction with Nestlé Professional is inviting all Members to enter the Nestlé Docello Protein Enriched Dessert Mix Cooking Competition.

The rules are simple, make a recipe with one of the Nestlé Docello Protein Enriched Dessert Mixes and send in your recipe along with photos. There are great prizes to be won – 105 eftpos cards in total.

The Nestlé Docello Protein Enriched Dessert Mix range comes in three verticle flavours – lemon, strawberry and butterscotch. On their own they make a wonderful tasty dessert but can also become part of other desserts, and this competition is designed to use these dessert mixes in as many creative ways as possible to enhance your menu planning.

 

Each dessert has a good source of protein, calcium and is gluten free. These dessert mixes can be used in cakes, filling for pies, tarts, and slices. The range is unlimited so if you have a great idea, enter this competition – we would love to see the creativeness of our Members. The competition will run from 1st February 2017 to 28th February 2017, and all major winners will be featured in CR Foodservice.
