We spent a fun morning going through a wonderful Gluten Free menu by Nestle Executive Chef Mark Clayton.
The team from Nestle provided an overview of the latest coffee machines, presentation on the new gluten free tool kit and then into the kitchen – where the following menu was demonstrated:
Everyone had an opportunity to assist Mark prepare lunch, who demonstrated excellent technique when making gluten free cakes, pastries and main meals. Everyone commented how easy the Nestle products were to use and that the gluten free meals made tasted no different to what you normally buy.
We all went home with the new Nestle Gluten Free tool kit and samples to try.
