The Nutrition & Catering Global Hub is leading foodservices with this unique and comprehensive foodservice course. The Advanced Foodservice Systems Design Course will be run by Dr Karen Abbey at the University of Queensland in July.
With a high practical component and small class sizes to ensure individual learning, each student will have the opportunity to expand their skills.
This six-day advanced course is open to all people working in the foodservice industry whereby each student will be exposed to three interlinking programs: foodservice systems design, innovation in foodservice and foodservice industry.
This course will inspire, innovate and give participants the opportunity to undertake practical foodservice exercises, understand how the foodservice system works and how it interfaces with nutrition and service delivery.
